What is coaching?

Coaching is the art of facilitating another person's learning, development, well-being and performance. Coaching raises self-awareness and identifies choices. Through coaching, people are able to find their own solutions, develop their own skills and change their own attitudes and behaviours. The whole aim of coaching is to close the gap between people's potential and their current state.

About Me

DB5B5C0B-0D7E-43F1-9650-1BA9CF726C0F.jpeg

Through over a decade of experience managing and transforming teams and programmes in the International Development and Higher Education sector, I discovered that the key to success is: focused, aware, confident, motivated, and fulfilled staff.

I believe that coaching offers what we often lack the most: time and space to reflect and enhance awareness of self, our circumstances, goals, desires, or any area we wish to explore or develop. With the coach acting as a trusted thinking partner, the client can unlock their potential, find answers, discover strengths and dreams, regain balance, or choose a path in life that they never even thought they could consider.

I specialise in Leadership, Performance and Career coaching. My clients range from senior academics and company directors to aspiring leaders and early career professionals. In my practice, I establish a coaching environment built on respect and trust. I carefully balance support and challenge and inspire my clients to identify and work towards goals vital to them.

Whether you're looking to navigate a career transition, develop leadership skills, or simply seek personal growth, I am here to facilitate your journey. My approach is tailored to each individual, ensuring that your needs and aspirations are at the forefront of our sessions.

I hold an Undergraduate Diploma in Coaching from the University of Cambridge. I am currently completing a Masters in Coaching at the University of Cambridge. I am also a member of the Association for Coaching and adhere to the Global Code of Ethics.

Associate at the University of Cambridge

"Aggie is an exceptional and supportive coach. She takes a keen interest in my life, taking into account my professional skills, and weaknesses. Her insights and direction are always on point. I feel championed by Aggie and she has allowed me to realise my own achievements, helping me understand what truly motivates me. She has played a vital role in my professional development journey, and I greatly endorse her coaching services."

Manager at the University of Cambridge

"I was introduced to Aggie as I was going through (unsuccessfully) a voluntary career change and desperately needed a steer. I have found our sessions fantastic. Aggie has challenged me to think outside the confines of what I thought being gainfully employed should look like. She encouraged me to explore for the first time my priorities in life. Fast-forward 10 months, I am in employment I love and see professional doors open up in ways I never thought possible. I was able to recommend Aggie to friends and family who were inspired by my experience of working with her. I would recommend Aggie to anyone in need of fresh career perspectives."

Non-profit sector professional

"Over the course of a few months, I had several coaching sessions with Aggie to consider new career paths. Throughout the process, she struck a perfect balance of reassurance and challenge, encouraging me to better understand my choices and actions in a way that felt safe and valued. The sessions were really useful for identifying what drives me and for recognising my strengths and skills. Aggie's coaching empowered me to secure a role that I would not have had the confidence to even apply for without Aggie's help."
